Using ThemeVisto
These terms apply to your use of the ThemeVisto website and to digital products and website services purchased directly from us. Read them together with the description, license, requirements, and support information for the product or service you choose.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at checkout. A separate written project agreement or product-specific license may contain additional terms for that purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
For questions about an order or these terms, contact info@themevisto.com.
Products and technical requirements
ThemeVisto offers website themes, HTML and Elementor templates, plugins, and custom website services. Each product page identifies the item offered and provides its available specifications. Review the included files, supported tools, software requirements, and live preview before ordering.
A theme, template, or plugin is not automatically a complete website service. Hosting, domain registration, installation, content entry, third-party subscriptions, and custom development are included only when the applicable offer or written agreement says so.
You are responsible for ensuring that your hosting environment and other software meet the stated requirements. Keep a backup before installing, updating, or customizing software, and test changes before applying them to a live website.
Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, access another person?s account or downloads, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site?s operation. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the site, or comply with applicable requirements.
Orders, prices, and payment
The price and currency shown at checkout apply to the items and options selected. Applicable taxes, discounts, and any additional charges are shown in the order totals. An offer or discount applies only under the conditions stated for that offer.
Use a payment method made available at checkout and provide information needed to process the order. An order acknowledgement confirms that the order was recorded; it is not, by itself, confirmation that payment has cleared or that a custom project has begun.
We may contact you to resolve an order error, unavailable item, payment issue, or suspected unauthorized transaction. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the situation and address any payment already received in accordance with applicable requirements.
Digital delivery and downloads
Where an item is sold as downloadable, access is provided through WooCommerce according to its order status and the product?s download settings. Available download links may appear in the order information, order emails, or your account where applicable. Any stated download limits or expiry dates apply to that item.
If an expected download is missing or a supplied file cannot be accessed, contact us with the order number, product name, and a description of the issue. Do not send your account password.
Digital products do not require physical shipping unless an offer expressly includes a physical item. Delivery of files does not include installation or customization unless those services are part of your purchase.
Product licenses and permitted use
The license supplied with a product governs its use, modification, and distribution. A license option displayed at checkout, including Regular or Extended where offered, must be read with that product?s actual license terms. The option name alone does not define website counts, redistribution rights, or third-party entitlements. Ask us for clarification before ordering if a license is unclear.
Open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses, including the GNU General Public License where relevant. These terms do not restrict permissions granted by an applicable open-source license. Other assets, trademarks, hosted services, support, and update subscriptions may have separate terms.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the ThemeVisto name, branding, or other rights beyond those granted in the applicable license. You must also have permission to use the content and materials you add to your website.
Demo content and third-party components
Live previews illustrate a design or feature set. Preview photographs, illustrations, videos, fonts, sample text, and premium plugins are not necessarily included in the download or licensed for use on your own website.
Check the package details and documentation for included assets and their licenses. Third-party products and services may require separate purchases, accounts, API credentials, subscriptions, or permissions.
A bundled plugin does not automatically include an individual developer purchase code, direct developer support, or a separate update subscription. The product documentation and the third-party license explain any available entitlement.
Support and updates
Support coverage and update availability are determined by the information supplied with the individual product or service. Do not assume a fixed support period, lifetime updates, installation service, or unlimited customization unless it is expressly included in the offer.
When requesting support, provide your order reference, product version, relevant environment details, and steps that reproduce the issue. Avoid sharing credentials or sensitive customer information in public comments or reviews.
Custom code, unrelated third-party software, hosting faults, and new feature requests may require separate work. Where a request falls outside the included support scope, we will discuss the available options before undertaking additional paid work.
Custom projects and website services
Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not create a paid project or reserve a delivery date. Custom work requires an agreed written scope setting out deliverables, responsibilities, price, payment stages, timelines, revisions, and acceptance arrangements.
You must provide the content, access, decisions, and feedback needed for the agreed work, and have the right to supply those materials. Delays in required information or approvals can affect the schedule.
Changes outside the agreed scope require agreement on the additional work, cost, and timing. Hosting, ongoing maintenance, third-party charges, and ownership or license arrangements should be stated in the project agreement. Project cancellation and payment for completed work are handled under that agreement and applicable law.
Refunds, cancellations, and product issues
If you believe a product was not delivered, is materially different from its description, or does not work with the stated supported environment, contact info@themevisto.com with your order number and details of the problem. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include help accessing the files, a correction, a replacement, or a refund where applicable.
Refund or cancellation rights depend on the circumstances, the product or service terms disclosed at purchase, and applicable consumer law. Downloading or accessing digital content does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No general ?no refunds? rule in these terms overrides those rights.
For purchases made through an external marketplace, use that marketplace?s order support and refund process. For custom services, refer to the agreed project scope and cancellation terms. Include the original order reference when raising a billing concern.
Responsible use and website content
Do not submit content that infringes another person?s rights, contains malicious code, or is unlawful. You are responsible for materials supplied for your website, comments, reviews, and project enquiries.
Reviews should describe your actual experience and must not disclose passwords, payment information, or another person?s private details. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading, unrelated, or otherwise violates these terms.
Compatibility and service limitations
Software behaviour can be affected by hosting, configuration, third-party code, and changes made after purchase. We do not promise compatibility beyond the environments or integrations stated for the product, or guarantee a particular business result, search ranking, revenue, or conversion rate.
We take reasonable care in presenting and supplying our products and services. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory remedies where exclusion is not permitted.
External websites and services linked from ThemeVisto are operated under their own terms. Review those terms before purchasing or submitting information to an external provider.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the website handles account information, orders, enquiries, subscriptions, comments, and technical records. Do not provide information that is unnecessary for the service or request you are making.
Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these terms when products, services, or website practices change. The revision date is shown on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase or replace a separately agreed project contract without agreement or another lawful basis.
If a concern arises, contact info@themevisto.com with the relevant order or project reference so we can investigate. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory protections available to you. These terms do not require you to waive access to a regulator, court, or other remedy where that right is protected.
